  • ⅔ cup Shoyu
  • ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Green Onions, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3” piece ginger, chopped
  • Cornstarch Slurry (after cooked)

Shoyu Chicken
1. Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan. 2. Add chicken thighs, Cook for 30-35 mins. 3. Add cornstarch to thicken. 4. Serve over rice.
