Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs (Remove Skin)
- 1 cup Water
- ⅔ cup Shoyu
- ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Green Onions, sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3” piece ginger, chopped
- Cornstarch Slurry (after cooked)

Cooking Instructions
1. Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Add chicken thighs, Cook for 30-35 mins.
3. Add cornstarch to thicken.
4. Serve over rice.
