  • 2.5 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 6-oz. salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

1. Make marinade 2. Heat 3 tbls oil in pan. Add salmon, salt and pepper. Cook 6 mins. 3. Flip, and add 1 tbls oil and garlic, and cook 1 min. 4. Add marinade. Reduce to ⅓ and baste salmon. Cook to temp-145.
