- Marinade
- 2.5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 6-oz. salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
- Kosher salt
- 2 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

Cooking Instructions
1. Make marinade
2. Heat 3 tbls oil in pan. Add salmon, salt and pepper. Cook 6 mins.
3. Flip, and add 1 tbls oil and garlic, and cook 1 min.
4. Add marinade. Reduce to ⅓ and baste salmon. Cook to temp-145.
