Cooking Instructions

Set sous vide to 165 for 4-6 hours
1. Season legs with salt & pepper or other seasonings.
2. Place legs in bag and seal in a vacuum sealer.
3. Sous vide legs at 165 for 4-6 hours..
4. Remove from sous vide and dry.
5. Brown legs in broiler, grill, or pan fry for about 2 mins per side.
