Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 10oz Package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts (drained and roughly chopped)
- 12 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temp
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
- 5 closes minced garlic
- 1 plum tomato chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions
1. In a large sauté pan, add spinach, artichokes, garlic and butter and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add all remaining ingredients (except plum tomatoes) and cook till mixture is smooth and thickened. (8-10mins) Garnish with chopped plum tomatoes and serve with Tortilla Chips.
