Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 Deg
1. Butter 8x8 pan or spray with cooking spray
2. In mixing bowl, add chopped apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp of cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir to combine, than transfer to 8x8 pan.
3. In anotehr mixing bowl, add brown sugar, oats, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt and diced cold butter.
4. Us pastry cutter to cut the butter into the oats mixture, until pea sized crumbs.
5. Spread topping oven apples in 8x8 dish and gently pat to even out. Bake 40-50 mints until golden brown and bubble.
6. Serve warm with ice cream.
