Lemoncello
1. Grate the zest from the lemons and place it in a clear jar with the vodka. Put the zest/vodka jar in the sun for 1 week. 2. Make lemonade by squeezing the juice from the grated lemons (about 3 cups) and combine with an equal volume (or slightly less) of sugar. 3. Put the lemonade into the empty vodka bottle, top it off with water (if necessary), and then set aside for 1 week. 4. After 1 week, separate the zest from the vodka extract with cheesecloth, mis the vodka extract with the lemonade and put the limoncello mixture into 2 1-liter bottles. 5. Put the limoncello-filled bottles in the freezer until it turns to slush.
