  • 5 lb chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic - grated
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbls mirin (Japanese Sweet Rice Wine)
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger - grated
  • 1 cup flour

Fusae's PuPu Chicken Wings
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, Mirin, ginger and green onions. 2. Dredge chicken wings in flour and deep-fry at 375°F until golden brown. 3. Immediately dip chicken wings in marinade, soak for 1 min; remove and set on wire rack to drain.
