  • 1 PART Soda water
  • 1 SLICE Orange

Aperol Spritz
1. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice. 2. Pour in 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. 3. Add 2 parts of Aperol. 4. Top up with 1 part of soda water. 5. Garnish with a slice of orange.
